Great location a little off the beaten track from the usual tourist destinations, nice restaurants close by and not a lot else’s going on. Sun, sea and peace. Our host was in contact with us from before we got off the ferry and answered all our awkward questions as to which bus to get on ( the only bus) where to get off and was there to meet us. Throughout our stay he was available to assist us with car hire and local information. A lovely place to put the feet up for a few days.

Located right next to the beach in Pomena, Guesthouse Sanela offers accommodation in Mljet National Park. Free WiFi access is provided in all areas. Public parking is provided nearby. Excellent location and value. Very clean and comfortable with a large shared balcony.n Would stay again.

This family run accommodation met our expectations and much more. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and friendly, with even extending our check out time as our ferry was cancelled due to weather. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and modern.. with a fantastic view! We found the location the best on this side of the island as its a lot less touristy than Pomena and has great little local shops around it (also getting around the national park was easy to do on foot or bikes from Poláce). Would strongly recommend this stay and want to thank Sandra and her lovely family again for having us... we'll be back!

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Villa Mirosa offers accommodation in Saplunara. The guest house has a seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace, and is located on a private beach. Amazing location and beautiful villa with saltwater pool and private access to the sea. 5 min walk to Saplanura beach. Hosts are such a lovely people. We highly recommend Villa Mirosa.
